Out With the Old....
We are excited to announce our plans to build a new pedestrian bridge over the Sheboygan River. Our existing bridge is over 50 years old and in dire need of replacement.
Currently we are raising funds to design, engineer, remove and rebuild the iconic Kiel pedestrian bridge. The style of the bridge has been selected by the Kiel City Council. It will be a bow-style bridge that is wider and ADA compliant. The design will include a straight staircase. Please consider donating to this exciting project! Our intention is to have the new bridge installed by Fall, 2023.
