Mayor Hennings Welcomes You
Robert Hennings, Sr. took office as Mayor on April 15th, 2025. Mayor “Bob” Hennings is a lifelong resident of the City of Kiel who previously served as Fire Chief for the Kiel Fire and Ambulance Service but stepped down from his role as Chief to assume his new duties as Mayor of the City. In 2025, the Mayor was also recognized for having served over 50 years as a member of Kiel Fire Department and for providing dedicated service to our citizens.
