Spring Hunter Safety Classes 2023

Hunter Safety Class: April 16th, 17th, 24th, 25th May 1st and 2nd from 6 to 9 pm at the Kiel Fish and Game. Saturday April 29st is the Field Day at 8 am. Please obtain your DNR number prior to the class at gowild.wi.gov. To sign up for the class please call Missy at 894-7861.

Strong Bodies Exercise Class

Tuesday and Thursday at 9 am, 10:30 am and 6 pm

What does the program consist of?
The program consists of a short warm-up followed by strength training with free weights and ends with a balance exercise and stretching.

Who would benefit and why? 
The StrongWomen program is based on years of research on how strength training and proper nutrition improve the health of people of all ages.  “Strength is a critical factor In living healthier, more active lives.  Our research shows that a program of strength training not only improves bone density but reduces falls, improves arthritis symptoms, and increases flexibility and strength,” states Dr Nelson. The program is appropriate for both sedentary and active people.

Cost is $30 for 6 week session
Open to ages 5 yrs. to adult
Next session: March 27th to May 8th with no class on April 3r
